Coming from a Greek migrant family, hospitality is ingrained. I grew up in it. It is part of my soul and has been my career for over 30 years. When you live and work in the community as I do, your reputation is always on the line. That’s why my team and I work hard seven days a week to deliver true hospitality to our beautiful customers - quality, service and value with a big smile and great care.

I have lived in Cott for over twenty years. I’ve also owned and operated three businesses here. Beaches Café in its heyday, more recently Eric Chamberlain, and now the Cottesloe Beach General Store. It was an opportunity I couldn’t resist, so I came out of retirement to give my local community something fresh and new on Perth’s most famous beachfront. With that comes enormous goodwill and great responsibility.

Every day I’m looking for new products and offerings to excite and delight both locals and visitors. CBGS sources the best of the West, whether it’s our delicious coffee, food, merchandise, souvenirs, and even gifts for yourself. My goal is to create a relaxed, beachy vibe that blends well with the local community and stunning location.

SEE YOU FOR BREAKFAST, LUNCH & DINNER

Every morning we are here with coffee, fresh baked goods and bacon and egg burgers. All day we serve nothing but the best, we don’t compromise on our quality, and take enormous care in the food and coffee we prepare.

Then in the evening the sunset coast puts on a show. Where better to enjoy a bite than overlooking Cottesloe Beach and the Indian Ocean. Sit under the Norfolk pines across the road with one of our amazing fish and chips, a healthy salad or one of our legendary burgers and watch the sun go down.
